No Diet Sensa – Is it a Scam?
The No diet SENSA for weight loss has been in the newspapers a lot lately, it is supposed to be clinically proven to help you lose 30 lbs without dieting, or having to count calories, eat pre-packaged meals or spending all your time working out. To most of us this sounds too good to be true! It is true that certain diet supplements work better for some people than others. I accept this – however there is a lot of talk that this is under performing for lots of people. Please comment below if you have something to add.
After checking through many forums and weight loss sites, I have doubts of it’s effectiveness. As with all diets, it usually takes either a lot of determination to cut down what goes into your mouth, or eating a more balanced and healthy diet. Some people respond better by doing more exercise or using the combination of the two. Watch out for the automatic billing process too!
For Dietary and Health Supplements, DietWeightLossSupplements.net have a good range.
Sensa is supposed to help you control the feeling of hunger. Feeling full faster is a good thing. The other concern is to watch for the fine print if you go in to sign up for it. This snippet from the complaints board made me aware of this, so thought I would pass it on to you also.
